Oh hello there !
Engineer or Industrial Designer? And why not both?

I was born in Malaysia and raised at different places around the world before settling down in France. Very young, I was always curious about the objects surrounding me: how did they work, how were they made, where did they come from?... On the other hand, the emotions and the experiences that some products could provide always fascinated me. I decided to blend these two aspects by joining the University of Technology of Compiègne, one of France's most reputable engineering school and where I recently graduated. My knowledge of engineering and machining processes helps me understand constraints and problems that can be avoided down the road. A “beautiful” concept render is often worthless if it’s not practical.

In order to broaden and sharpen my skillset and to have a more global view of  industry, I completed my initial studies by following a business and management course at INSEAD.

I had during my studies the opportunity to work for various companies such as BMW in Munich as an engineer, or more recently as a designer in a young design consultancy, creating innovative solutions for multi-national clients and disruptive start-ups. Think, create, design, and innovate, through efficient technical solutions while enhancing people's life are important values to me.
